"Very pleasant stay"

"Easy to find and easy to park"

"Everywhere was very clean, nice supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries. Staff were nice. On arrival the small car park was full. It was also so narrow that I had to reverse onto a busy street to get out. We had to park a short walk down the road in a free public car park. The room also unbearably hot with no air conditioning. The window opening was restricted and the fan just circulated warm air."

"Plenty of parking available. Had a very nice welcome from the owner who made me feel extremely welcome and that nothing was a an inconvenience. Very friendly and approachable. My room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable. Shower was amazing, instant hot water and a good water flow. A very peaceful, relaxing evening, could not fault anything."

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. We stayed 3 nights for Silverstone and it is fine for a short stay / stopover. We would normally stay in 4*+ hotels, but this was perfectly fine. Receptionist advised...

"Budget hotel made excellent by super helpful owners/staff. Very kind and helpful people who were happy to help me with hair dryer, cell phone charger for out of country Travellers. No elevator but they carried my suitcase to the room for me. Very nice people made my stay lovely. Decent breakfast and they accommodated my vegetarian diet."
