"Stayed one night with family after a driving experience at the nearby aerodrome. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and food on the night excellent. Will definitely visit again."

"What a lovely little find. 5 mins off the M1, but set in the grounds of an old vicarage and very quiet and tranquil. Lovely welcome from the owners, shown my room which was lovely and spotless. Shared kitchen area had everything, cooker, fridge, coffee machine… basically everything you need. You can use the garden area which had seating and tables which was lovely just to listen to the peace and quiet in the sunshine. "A charming stay in a beautifully restored old coaching house. This family-run hotel is warm, cozy, and full of character. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive, with friendly owners who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is excellent, homemade, hearty, and full of flavour. "

"Very competitive price for a comfortable room. Accommodation( total of 4 rooms) was adjacent to and accessed via the village pub , but we did not hear a thing ! Nice outdoor space for relaxing or dining/ drinking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Only considerations are staircase up to accommodation and breakfast is not served in the pub. "

"A wonderful gem in a stunning location. The pub is great, the accommodation comfortable and good value. The food we had was lovely from a menu with good variety. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we stayed here at the same time last year, and this year did not disappoint. Friendly, helpful staff, throughout the hotel. Good breakfast and special requests delivered quickly. Parking is good. All rooms well supplied with tea,coffee etc . Good eco friendly towel and cleaning options. We also saw staff deal very politely and discreetly with a complaint from another customer. The cost is very good. We will come again next year, thank you."

"Had a nice peaceful stay at The Heart of England. Very comfortable bed and powerful invigorating shower I couldn't get the TV to work unfortunately, but that didnt affect my stay. I will be returning again!"
