"I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....

"House was clean and beautiful, would recommend anyone who wants to stay there, the area was beautiful, about 10 mins drive to a beautiful lake, beach and a beautiful little town with very friendly people"

"Location and cottage was perfect. The only thing we would recommend adding is a longer / wider deck or add sand to the beachfront to make it a walk out. Other than that everything was perfect "

" The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night...

The house was super clean and Sharmila was always readily available to answer any questions whenever we needed. I would recommended anyone else to stay here and book with Sharmila.
