"This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under"

"Parking was easy and secure. Room was quiet and clean. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Room stayed cool"

"Robert Davis was amazing at the front desk. So friendly and he has a sense of humor. We did however run into housekeeping issue. We were there for four nights and we (my Mom and I in two separate rooms) had no housekeeping at all. On the day that we were checking out is when we were offered housekeeping, which we turned down cuz we were checking out."

"Very clean property, it has been partially updated, but the microwave was in terrible shape. Quiet, friendly staff and a small little breakfast selection. A few pastries, apples, coffee…"

"Really did not have a hot and breakfast first one we got into it was not clean. The TV was broken. The second one was OK but had a stain on the floor and wash rag in it . Didn’t see a cleaning lady come to clean our room"

"Comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean. Front desk staff is not welcoming however. It usually doesn’t matter to me, but both check in and check out was just rude. A basic “thank you” would have gone a long way to help offset it. But it felt like us staying there was a hassle to them. Otherwise, great location, and if you need a cheap no frills place by the lake, this isn’t a bad option."
