"Ist super gelegen, na am Alexanderplatz und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Hotel insgesamt etwas zu groß, mussten meilenweit laufen, um zu unserem Zimmer zu kommen. Leider zur Zeit viele Renovierungsarbeiten, kein Teppichboden auf dem Gang zum Zimmer, Folie auf dem Weg zum Frühstück, daher diesmal nicht volle Punktzahl."

Some of the staff were nice and helpful while others reacted to any question or request like you were impositioning them. The breakfast is just average a far better can be found right at the corner at La Femme. While Marriott tags their badge on this property, it certainly is not representative of their norm."

"Nice clean room in a convenient location. However, it was warm so needed to keep the windows open (and didn't see the plug-in fan until the next morning). Note that this location is on a noisy tram line so it was very hard to sleep with the windows open! There is no staff at this location, which can be a plus or minus, just make sure to pay exact attention to how to key in the codes. I would not stay here again."

Das Restaurant/ Bar war zu, es gab kein Essen und keine Getränke, nur Wasser und Saft wurden notdürftig bereitgestellt."

"This hotel is very unique, and in the best neighborhood. The staff is excellent and having a pool and suana on the premises, especially for international travelers who are weary, is amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bar manager is sweetheart and just makes you feel welcome. This is not the holiday inn. The rooms are tiled and it was an old public pool facility, but that is what makes it so interesting. I recommend it highly and always stay here!"

"The bathrooms (2 stalls only for each sex) and the only shower in my area of the building was all gender and both were down a very long, windy set of corridors. NO cleaning facilities in the dorm room itself, not even a sink. Just 10 bunk beds lined up. My section of the hostel housed about 60 people. Both the limited bathrooms and the single shower were not even remotely acceptable for 60 people. I can't believe that these very limited personal cleaning facilities were acceptable under...
