"First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. "We stayed here a few nights and loved our stay. Spent some time in the national park which made it convenient to drive to in the early mornings. The location was perfect and the house was set up very nice. Feel lucky that we were able to stay here rather than in a lodge. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped and well maintained. The property does not have A/C and unfortunately we were there during a bit of a heatwave. But the host was very accommodating and provided us with fans and cold treats to help beat the heat. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily stay again!"

"The home smelled and looked exceptionally clean. It was well equipped for our children with tons of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the parks were fun to have close by. We were in town visiting family, and Michael accommodated a very last minute change to our schedule. We'll stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"The owner never reached out with how to get into the property. There was no parking as half of the drive way was blocked off and another car was parked in the other half of the driveway taking up all the space. There was trash on the front porch and a blanket covering the front door. Window shades were broken and the house overall seemed very unsanitary, just from the outside. As a side note, personally I wouldn't feel safe staying at this property, and wouldn't recommend this property to...
