"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."

"Our experience staying at the Sheraton Kauai Resort was overall excellent! The resort is a beautiful, with beautiful grounds & gardens to explore and amazing views of the south coast of Kauai. It's located about 25 minutes from the airport and we found that any points of interest on the island was very accessible, no more than 1 hour drive from the hotel. "This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS"

The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities.
