"We are family of 5 stayed at the Airport hotel for one night. The hotel is conveniently located and there was no problem requesting a shuttle. We landed late evening and made it to the hotel close to the midnight. Unfortunately, the room we entered was not cleaned from previous stay. So we spent another 20-30 min waiting. We understand, mistakes happen. But it was midnight , after a long flight and we had 3 tired kids with us. So it ruined the first impression. The rooms are dated and dusty....

"I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. "Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"Good thing I bought the insurance on this reservation. Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."
