"The room was fine. The air conditioner works. However, it's too old, thus it was making too much noise, and it was leaking from the condensation. The staff were helpful. For example, we had an accident that we lost our room key by my husband while swimming at the beach. He put it in his swimming pant's pocket, and forgot to secure it properly. The key is an actual key made of metal and not a card reader type. The front end staff was helpful and let us in with his master key. But, we had to...

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

Nobody offered to help me with my luggage. When I checked in they acted like I was bothering them. Totally unfriendly. I hate to say this but felt like the place was slimy. "Wasn’t super nice they charge amenity fee upon arrival might aswell spend an extra few hundred and go to a nicer hotel. Front desk lady was rude when checking out granted we were pushing 11:40am. and late fee is given at 11:45am. Didn’t even use the pool it’s small and not nice compared to all the other hotels. I wouldn’t stay again."

"We love this hotel! Great location and such a great vibe! Valet parking was very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and I loved the balcony. The kitchenette was well appointed and the mini fridge was very cold. This will be our go-to hotel in Honolulu!"
