"I stayed on the fourth floor, and the entire floor had a strong cigarette odor. The hotel should consider improving its ventilation system, as the smell was very noticeable, unpleasant, and concerning from a health perspective.
Additionally, the bed sheets were extremely thin and did not appear to be properly fitted or tucked into the mattress. There were also several small stains on the sheets, which gave the room an unclean appearance and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay."

"The location of the hotel itself is great, very close to Akihabara station. The amount of food options around was really good as well regardless of the time of day or night.
There daily servicing of towels and items is really handy but if you're staying for more than a few nights they do add up if you're not on-top of putting everything out. Cleaning the room on request but also every three days is really handy too just in case you forget to put the placard out.

"Definitely a high volume hotel. Room is average - Japan city small with standard ‘help yourself’ amenities, but always empty amenities bins and I understood why after seeing guest(s) grab suspicious amounts. For the price I paid, I did expect more, but I justified it by ‘convenience of location’. On site onsen is not included, but is not too expensive to add. Self pay laundry machines are available. All staff I encountered were genuinely nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out extremely easy....

"The room was clean and well maintained. You always see the cleaning crew hard at work. The building was secure to not just let anyone come in and out so it felt very secure. The amenities are top notch, in house laundry, public bath, microwave and of course a vending machine made simple pleasures convenient. The Teppanyaki restaurant on the 1st floor is superb for both breakfast and Dinner. When I come back i’ll be booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!!"

"The rooms are small, but when touring around Tokyo you really don't need a huge room. The laundry room was very convenient and you don't need separate soap. All the staff knew some English. The hotel is near the Oedo line there is also a Tully's coffee shop near by. The breakfast at Royal Host restaurant is a combination of western breakfast and Japanese breakfast foods."

"Great location with the subway station next door and convenience stores across the street. Nice area as well away from the love hotels and more sketchy area but close enough to walk to main Shinjuku and take that in. The only issue was that there tended to be sirens from ambulances or fire trucks every night which you could hear. Mostly could sleep through it but may wake you up in light sleep."
