"We lived our stay here, we used this as out base in Japan. We left a lit of stuff in our roon and travelled to Oaska and kyoto saving us careying all our luggage around. Restaurant on 1st floor was totally amazing reccomend you book as there is not a lot of tables however the groubd floor restaurant offers a slightly different menu and this does have plenty of tables but still a goo idea to book. Both restaurants were amazing service above and beyond.
Bakery in reception is out of this worls...

"Clean room. Nice hot water shower and bath. Air conditioning wasn’t that cold. Unfortunately for the people who do not understand Japanese, the TV did not provide YouTube or Netflix to help pass the time when we had to recuperate from a whole lot of walking."

"KPH is well located in Shinjuku with excellent amenities. The room we had was in the South Tower which gave us easy access to the Seven Eleven and the underground tunnel to Shinjuku Station.
Our room faced the Government Building with the evening show and on clear days had views of Mt Fuji in the distance.
Also on the Limousine Bus route so no messing about with suitcases on the train!
Only one relatively minor concern - the room whilst being well equipped, comfortable and clean was in need...

"A nice place to stay and will stay there again next year. Only drawback was a constant drain smell in the bathroom. The staff tried to fix it with drain cleaner and that helped but didn’t totally remove the smell. Still a nice place to stay."

"This property made you feel safe.The staff was very helpful as our flight was delayed and by the time was got to the hotel it was 11:00pm & we needed to be up by 6:00am. But the staff led us to the nearest 7/11. Bento & onigiri hit the spot!"

"Rooms were very nice, a decent size and bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay.
Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc.
Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai...
