"Stayed here for an overnight layover at KLI and it was perfect for our needs. Less than ten min from the airport. Great price with free shuttle to the airport the next morning. The pool was a gorgeous standout feature. The room buildings were a little unconventional in that they were built in dorm style but the rooms were clean and sufficient. The restaurant was nice to have and kind servers but I wouldn’t recommend the food or the drinks for dinner, unless you want something simple like beer...

"This is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable room, hot water in the shower, clean, and a master light control at the front door. I was upgraded to the top floor which had its own happy hour with fancy food snacks and wine and beer. The attendant there is always on duty and can check you out. A great experience!"

"My overall experience was quite positive with the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room aftera small issue was discovered after checking int. By the way, I booked a city view room, but I was given a lake view (along with construction view on going right now), but I was moved to another room, so no issues with the room. The only drawback was the location of the hotel sitting on a permanently closed mall in the middle of residential area/cnstruction zone, hence NO place...

"Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend...

Breakfast was great.On arrival to our room the mugs were dirty and the floor not vacuumed Our issue was that renovations were being done after 6pm and on one occasion until 10:30 pm, constant drilling. The receptionist were not answering and we had to go down to reception to ask them for the drilling to be stopped."
