"Check-in at the property took an hour. Totally unacceptable! The woman checking us in decided that we needed to join a “group” for additional benefits but was unable to explain why all this information was required. Our group of 8, opted for twin rooms with two beds, which we got, but the space was so small you had to be careful where you were stepping. "The hotel location was safe and walkable. I would recommend providing larger trash bags for guest. Only 1 mini trash can was found in the bathroom. I understand that Japan has policies on disposing trash/recycling. I think having a larger trash can maybe on each floor or in the lobby may have been more helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay!"
