"Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter."

"The amenities are excellent, the receptionist helped me to call the hotel in another city about shipping my luggage over because I didn’t inform that hotel ahead of time. She is an older lady but she was willing to go through all the trouble to help me. Nowhere in other countries you will find such good customer service. Japanese are wonderful people."

"The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby...

"Great room, plenty of space and good bed. Breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Location was great in the heart of the vibrant food and market area of Osaka, however our hotel room was extremely quiet."

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "
