"エグゼプティフロア利用 チェックイン後にラウンジでコーヒーを飲みながら休憩→貸切岩盤浴→夕食バイキング→ラウンジで少しお酒をいただき、朝食バイキングまで１泊ですがゆっくり満喫させていただきました。スタッフの方皆さんテキパキとした対応で全てスムーズでした。雨でしたので、三ノ宮駅からシャトルバスが運行されているのも便利でした。 部屋に関しては、エアコンの リモコンが見当たらず調整ができなかったこと、部屋のライトがスポットライトとベッドのフットライトだったので全体的な明るさが不足していたこと、スポットライトがベッドの枕側の天井にあって寝るときにちょうどいい明るさにする事ができなかった事、製氷機が何ヵ所か設置されていたようですが、部屋に氷のポットがなかったことが少し不便に感じました。(エアコンと製氷機についてはお尋ねすれば解決したのかもしれません。) ..."
