  • GET LOST IN PARADISE!! Absolute BEST location with direct ocean front view at historic Alii Drive. This unit is upgraded with tropical island theme. We are 15 mins from the Kona airport and ocean fronting!!!

    FAST INTERNET!! for those of you decided to escape to paradise to work!!

    We have a kitchenette, pots and pans, plates and cups, wine glasses to beach chairs.

This studio was perfect, beautiful ocean view every day. The location is great, walking distance to many places to eat, play and relax. Place was very clean and the grounds are beautiful

My husband & I enjoyed our stay in the studio. The view of the ocean is awesome and the convenience to restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping is nice.

Perfect little spot

Great location and very clean. Loved having a lanai with a view of the ocean! On the smaller side but perfect for 2 people.

Perfect ocean view

Love this place! Spent hours on the lanai watching the ocean and the people. It is close to the farmer's market and the little kitchen was stocked with everything I needed.

This was such a cute place and great great great location, loved waking up with a view. There is not an elevator so just be prepared with heavy luggage. I didn’t have any issues with parking onsite either. Cece was very information and communicates well.

Could not have worked better for us!

I love Kona and this apartment was exactly where I wanted to be! We could walk almost anywhere. Loved the view and everything was clean as could be!

Great stay.

Great location, walkable to main areas of town (shopping, restaurants). Parking is tight on property and Kona is known for its daily gridlock. I would stay here again. Fun.

Perfect location in Kona

The studio apartment was perfect location to all the activities going on in downtown Kona.Wonderful view and amazing. Sunset every evening.

we couldn't stay and found other arrangements because I didn't know that we'd have to climb 3 flights of stairs and we weren't able to bring our luggage up stairs.. and the parking lot was full. We finally found a park way down on a main street, but so many homeless were out there we were too scared to leave our luggage in the car. The 3 flights of stairs with no elevator information should be on the listing. Had i known, i certainly wouldn't have booked.. also, very limited parking should be.. it was quite a walk from our parking space to complex.. outside of that, it was clean and very close to all the tourists attractions.. i only walked through to door and saw the place.. i paid all that money to be there less than 3 minutes.. that was unfortunate .

Good spot for a few days

The place is small but in a decent location for a few days. Close to good restaurants and the harbor for our excursions. We did enjoy the view from the balcony. The balcony is the best part of the apartment. We did not have any coffee provided so definitely bring some if you need coffee.

Just the 2 of us

Sweet little property perfectly appointed for 2 adults. Directly across from the ocean, there is a small rocky beach, great for dolphin sightings on the balcony. Great location, easy walking neighborhood with lots of dining options along Ali'i drive. Central to what we wanted to experience on Big Island (Kohala coast beaches, manta ray snorkel, and Volcanoes National Park). Communication with the host is excellent.

Great little condo

Great little condo for exploring the east side of the island. We thought the location was easy to get to and made lots of places pretty accessible in a short time. The ocean sound was lovely to come home to. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance, which made things easy. The kitchen was minimal but we got by fine. Parking can also be difficult but road parking was abundant when we couldn’t get a spot in the lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo and would stay again.

The address we copied from VRBO brought us to the wrong place and the listing didnt seem to list the name of the condominiums we were staying at. No 1 was at the counter when we arrived for about 5 minutes so we were a bit unsure again if we were at the right place. The person checking us in was also a bit confused for a few moments but quickly found our reservation. Note: she was very pleasant and a great personality. The place itself is a great value with a beautifil view. The ocean breeze and sound coming in was great once the booming bass heads in their cars stopped going up and down the main drag around 11-1130pm (no knock to the place itself - city should do something about that though - some were incredibly loud - coming from a guy who used to have sound systems in his car) but it was super convenient access to shops and nightlife and restaurants. Parking on site was tight. The padio door and screen door were very hard to operate and can use some cleaning / fixing. That view though is incredible. Place was clean and perfect for what we needed. I would ddfinately stay here again.

Great studio steps from downtown Kona

Cece has a couple of properties in the same hotel, and because of a maintenance issue, we were moved to room 338. Rcently renovated and could not fault it! Everything has been carefully selected, the decor is very bright and beachy, and there is even a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave for a quick bite. Super clean. not stuffy, perfect for 2 people. We only spent one night, but wish we could spend more. Just a few steps and you are on Ali'i Drive, the main street by the ocean where all the restaurants and bars and boutiques are. We had no issue finding parking just by our building. I don't think there is an elevator, so if you have mobility challenges, you might want to ask the owner. Thank you Cece for a last minute one night booking - not easy to find.

Maintenance, Parking and detail needs attention

Sliding glass door to patio was rusted in bottom track impossible to open without incredible force. Coffee pot was very dirty and could not brew coffee and found what looks like old sour milk stuck and clogging the system. Parking was not available and most cars did not have a parking permit the we seen while walking by the cars. I had to park on the street which made me very uncomfortable.

If you book 2 days, don't get sick!

The owner was kind in her responses, even got me in an hour early on check-in. I was sort of sick when I arrived but got far more sick as the day went on. When another whole set of reservations failed, I asked if I could leave a day early. Owner wouldn't answer that question, just with "I hope you get better". I checked out at normal check out time the next day, and flew home early. I thought the decent thing to do was to charge me for one, not two nights. Nope charged for two nights. I also brought up other things like all vending machines on site were out of order, so not drinks, no laundry soap, nothing. It's a nice room, but I won't book with this person again.
