This is where you want to stay in Kona. Great view. Clean. Easy walk to the village. And the decor is appealing. See you next time we are on the Big Island.

We love this condo overall to stay in. Very close to downtown Kona, beautiful view of the ocean, close to the pool, and it has all the amenities you would need for a week's long stay. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing view and great amenities. Everything is here for you whether it's a lazy beach day, adventure across the island, or have an ice cold beverage on the lanai while watching the waves. We loved our stay!

Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Within several minutes to of excellentl restaurants. Communication with Hosts was outstanding. Use of beach gear was very convenient. The property was as described (very important). Best recommendation is that we would definitely stay there again while in South Kona.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

Beautiful place, nicely appointed, perfectly situated for whatever you want to do on the Big Island... head North or South for a day trip? Or just hang out at the salt water pool. The furnishings and decor are lovely. We had a great stay.

Great condo; beautiful view and safe and perfect location

Betsy’s 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us and in a great location to walk to many beaches and town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and the community BBQ gathering area weee also a plus for us and our visit.

Lanai Views

This condo has the best views of the ocean. We could watch spinner dolphins, beautiful sunsets, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I can't wait to go back.

Great location with a great view

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything need for our stay plus some extras. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Hawaii.

Nicely Furnished Condo with Awesome Views of the Ocean

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially the great views of the ocean. Nice soothing surf was soothing during the night. The beach supplies were an added bonus as well. Would definetly come back to this place again!

Great location, and lovely condo. Zippy quick communication and warm welcome. Wish we had spent more time there in Kona! (So handy to have the washer/dryer too.)

Such a wonderful view!

This property was great, the view and the lanai were amazing, such a wonderful place to eat your breakfast in the morning! We loved the apartment, perfect for 2 or maybe 4. The location is good and the apartment is very well appointed, everything you need for a beach day!

Amazing property!

This condo was absolutely perfection. The location was ideal, the condo had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous- we enjoyed seeing dolphins and whales. I will miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.

Nice updated condo

We had a very nice stay in Kolualoa. It was comfy and cozy. The lanai was great and had a nice sunset view. Betsy, the owner was very sweet and accommodating. The unit was well appointed and had many lovely features. We would stay there again.

A Lovely Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay and would return, we even saw dolphins from our lanai the first day we arrived. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts and we’ll definitely be back. ❤️
