    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
    One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

どのお部屋も清潔で、遊び道具やキッチングッズ、洗濯洗剤まで様々なものが揃っていて、何よりお部屋から見える景色が最高でした。お部屋にあるタオル類がたくさんあって、毎日新しいタオルを利用できて、滞在中快適に過ごせました。チェックインの方法が分かりづらかったことだけが、星1とさせていただきました。

Beautiful ocean front location. The property is well maintained and the staff is very thorough. The beds are dreamy and the wrap around lanai adds to the location. We enjoyed the views daily and appreciated the spacious well appointed kitchen and living room. You can see the care taken to update the living and kitchen and would recommend similar steps are take with the bathrooms to further enhance the experience. We would also encourage communication to guests of planned construction / renovations in adjacent units. Completely understand it’s a residential community but advanced notice would have been appreciated to let us know of possible noise and privacy impacts and we could have planned our day accordingly. We loved the location and would absolutely recommend.

Dream location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is gorgeous and the location could not be better... the views from the lanai were stunning. We watched the boats, the rowers, the dolphins and even saw whales breaching one day. Very comfortable and very clean when we arrived. The hosts communicate well and checked in a couple of times to ensure everything was good. The pool on site is small but very nice. We plan to go back!! Oh and it is great having an assigned parking stall...along with plenty of visitors spots.

Great Stay

Both my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo and complex. It is a very beautiful condo and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the condo was very clean. I would stay again!

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the condo comfortable. We wish there had been a safe, because we had to lock up the condo and find a safe place for valuables due to recent break-ins.

Amazing!!

This condo was outstanding and the view was absolutely breathtaking!! Ideal location and close to snorkel beach, Magic Sands and Downtown Kona. The property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The propery management was wonderful to work with and veey friendly.

Wonderful!

Our time in this unit was very nice. Just awesome location right on the water…just walk out the sliding glass door. Unit was well furnished. Wonderful complex as well. Would stay here again!

Ocean views

A nice location and beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The sea breezes keep the property cool and the sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night. It’s a very comfortable, quiet place to stay with amenities such as tennis, pickleball, pool, ping pong, and friendly folks. I would highly recommend this place!

What a lovely place with a spectacular view from the lanai and most of the condo. Close to Kahalu’u beach park for great snorkeling. Well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel gear. Would stay here again!! Thank you!

Beautiful view

This condo was gorgeous!! We listened to the waves every night and the birds in the morning. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed;) we also really liked the location. We will absolutely stay here again:)

Great Kailua-Kona Vacation!

This condo and property are awesome. The condo unit is even more beautiful than the listing. The western view from the patio is amazing. There are many activities on the property: tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, swimming. Great place and great stay.

Kona Vacation

The room was as advertised. The property is beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Only item to note is that the water heater only allowed for a quick hot shower, other than that everything was great. House was fully stocked with essentials and the kitchen was perfect for dining in.

This property is comfortable, very nicely furnished, beautiful artwork, newly furnished kitchen- all making for very comfortable stay. Management so nice to work with. A jewel! I would rent again!

Ocean front tranquility

We loved the privacy and peacefulness of this condo, and being right on the ocean made it perfect. It was wonderful sleeping to the sound of the ocean, spending the day exploring the island and playing at the beaches, then coming home to spend evenings on the wrap-around lanai watching the sunset. This condo will be the top of our list for return trips to the big island!

Amazing Stay

I've booked at VRBO before and this unit by far is the best one ever! Owners definitely put their heart into it so that their guests felt right at home! Watching the whales throughout the day playing was the highlight of our vacation! Thank you for making us feel right at home!

Fantastic condo in gated community with the most beautiful linai view to die for. We could have relaxed there with coffee in the morning or adult beverages in the evening and never left the condo- it really is that spectacul

This home is beautiful! We had a front row seat to some of the most amazing sunsets ever!

We enjoyed every day in Hawaii at this perfectly located condo! We were treated to a beautiful view and even watched dolphins play & flying fish fly from our Lanai! If we were ever fortunate enough to come back to Hawaii we wouldn't hesitate to stay again, at this location. The accommodations gave us every luxury and amenity. We would recommend this home to everyone.

Can’t beat the view!

Couldn’t get enough of our sunset view. Condo was comfortable, loved being in an end unit, had everything we needed and everything worked, which you don’t always find. CJ Kimberly Real Estate was great to work with.
