"Located in the business district of Hamamatsucho, hotel Tavinos is in a great location close to several train stations with great links into the main city.
Air conditioned rooms which are compact but perfect for what we needed.
If you are looking for a budget hotel in a quieter location this is it. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit...

"The hotel was amazing. It was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a free coffee machine. I suggest getting the breakfast included so you have a quick option to eat something while you wait for things to open or dodge the morning rush. There is 2 cafes within a 5 min or less walk, if not. The room is kinda small but, we were not really there all that much. The bathroom is great, The water pressure of the shower is strong. The AC in the rooms are great. The wash/dryer combo is a bit tricky,...

"I stayed in a single room which was the perfect size for one individual. The bathroom and shower was the main reason why I booked this hotel and it was really nice. The bathtub is big and deep! The room was very clean as well. Oh, and the location was perfect. Just walk outside the hotel for a minute and you’ll have access to the subway. Amazing, I’m excited to stay again!"

"The hotel was convenient to Tokyo Station. The room was small but comfortable. Not much room to unpack - no actual closet space or drawers. Room under beds for suitcase storage. We had breakfast there one morning and it was just ok. They had a machine with corn soup available most of the day until late at night and it was delicious. Coffee not so good - they could use a machine that makes cappuccino and lattes."
