"First time In Hawaii and we normally stay at Marriott properties in the states . This Resort was popular and crowded once we arrived but the hotel clerk was helpful and informative. It was my Daughters Birthday and the hotel clerk gifted my daughter a necklace. Housekeeping was prompted when it was time to clean our rooms. She asked if we needed anything else and had a smile while asking . The rooms were very clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean and mountain side of the hotel. Can’t wait...

"I took my mom on a trip to Honolulu. We stayed 9 nights at Hilton Waikiki Beach on the 35th floor, premium rooms facing mountain side. We loved looking at the view because at night you get a beautiful view too. All the staff was kind. Everything was great! Close to everything, from beach to food. You won’t regret staying here! "

"Can't beat the free parking and free breakfast (though the breakfast is fairly basic). It's in a suburban area, so there's no impressive views of the ocean or anything like that. Convenient dining options are within walking distance. Not for honeymooners, but great for families looking to stay on a budget."

"Great location. We did technically have an ocean view. I wish it was higher though. Sheraton Princess tower is only 12 floors. They do have other options on higher tower. Other than that the place was good. You could see the water and there were tons of options for food around. Hotel restaurant was good too!"

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. It has housekeeping daily which is great. The self parking is great, never struggle to find parking space here. You...

"The hotel is in the best location, very close to everything but quietly tucked away so it’s still very relaxing. Our room overlooking the water was superb, coffee and water plus popcorn at the lobby are sweet touches. However, for us, it’s the staff who are the true gems of this hotel. Special shout out to Erica and Khrycel. They are very gracious! Will definitely be back!"
