"The hotel is in an excellent location - a short walk to the train station and steps away from the Munch museum and the Opera House. The breakfast was outstanding - a fantastic spread. The only downside is that the hotel does not have air conditioning, and although you can open a door (a bit) for some air - if the the temperature outside is 29C its hard to get the room to be less than 26C"

"Despite the Expedia description stating "Full Breakfast" the hotel do not provide this as part of the Expedia pricing package. The rooms do not get serviced until the 4th day of any stay. There are no wardrobes for clothes and no shelves or drawers in the bedroom an no shelves in the bathroom. Simply stated - not enough storage space for anything! On the positive side the hotel is extremely well located close to Central Station and transport hubs and the reception staff could not have been more...

"Good location adjacent to the Oslo railroad station and walkable to central downtown district. Clean rooms and friendly staff."

"The room was clean with a nice view. The entrance to the room had ample space, which didnt seem necessary and could have been used to enlarge the bathroom but all in all the room was nice. Flooring was not carpet but a texture floor so a little hard on the feet."

"Had an absolutely lovely time at Hobo Oslo! Surprisingly amount of space for a city hotel located so close to the train station. Room was well maintained, just cracked open the windows during the summer heat. Staff was very accommodating and my room was ready early prior to check in, and as I had an early Checkout they had a breakfast to go box prepared. Great location and stay, would definitely stay again!"

"A basic 2 single bed room with basic amenities being a kitchenette and bathroom. No tea towel, no floor mat for bathroom. Guest must strip sheets off bed and sweep apartment. Bed average comfort and room is looking tired from age and no recent renovations. Self check in via a hotel phone so no staff present to assist with anything. Not situated in a very nice neighborhood but 7 min walk to train station is 2 stops to central station."
