The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the train and bus stations, which made getting around easy. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
However, there was ongoing construction right next to the hotel, starting as early as 7:30 AM. The noise was very loud and at times felt like explosions—quite unsettling.
It’s nice that the property offers a spa area, but it is quite limited in size. The women’s sauna fits only 2–3 people at a time, the swimming pool is small, and the resting area can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Another downside is the lack of dining options during the day. From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, there are no food or beverage services available—not even coffee—since the lobby area is closed.
Overall, the location and staff are strong points, but some aspects of the experience could definitely be improved
