"Could not sleep some nights because of non stop stumping noise from the guest from the next floor. Even with the complaints it still didn’t stop. But overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"The beds were comfortable but it was very disappointing that the hot tub was not working. The pool and the hot tub was two of the reasons why I chose to stay there. The faucet head for the bathtub was very loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There was an awful sour stench from whatever cleaning agent/ disinfectant or cloths/mops that they used to clean the rooms. None of the USB ports worked in my room either, they were all broken so I could not charge my phone or smart watch. I had to...

"Checked in and out same day because room was very dirty and smelled like someone smoked inside. The smell was so strong to get a headache informed the front desk only answer was rooms are non-smoking. When I asked if I checked out early if I could get a refund for the checking in early was told yes and was also getting deposit back. When reaching back they were super rude and denied the refund request."
