"If you are ready to be pampered in the most lovely, historic setting then the Zevely Inn is for you! Our room was cozy and the made-from-stratch breakfasts served by the innkeeper absolutely delicious! And she was delightful, so welcoming and full of stories, but still giving us privacy to soak in every morsel of Old Salem charm in the home owned by Dr. Zevely. We're going back as soon as possible!"

"Every staff member was excellent and extremely helpful in meeting our needs and modeled a sincere caring nature. My wife and I stayed the night before surgery at Forsyth Hospital which was 4 minutes away. My daughter and I spent 3 additional night since we were from out of town. We were in a handicap room and when showering there was a pooling of water outside the shower curtain which made for a fear of falling. "We needed to reserve our room early due to my husband having surgery that day. We needed a first floor room and two beds. When I called, I was accommodated immediately and when we arrived earlier than check in time, our room was ready for us. It was large and very clean. "Melissa at the front desk was awesome! We were there for 22nd anniversary and she upgraded us! Hotel room was nice and clean, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower clean. Breakfast was good the next morning! We were treated very special by Melissa at the front desk, it was like we known her for years! We will stay here again sometime!!"
