"I had a reservation at this property thru Expedia. I have to start by saying I am very disappointed with Expedia and the Hotel. I wanted to cancel my trip a day after the free cancellation window ended but a day before the trip start due to medical reasons. "We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards."

"The couch had stains all over it, the chair had stains on it,the rugs had stains on them. the lamps didn’t work, there was mold behind the bathroom door, mold on the window curtains, debris in the dresser drawer, the pool area had ants everywhere, the outdoor seating was stained, torn, dirty or had cigarette burns in it.
