"Went here as surprise for my mother her 60th birthday. We and she Loved the hotel! It looks so fresh and chique. The location was also perfect. Within 10 min you are in the city center. The only thing is that we missed dinner options or the possibility to order food later in the evening. But would definitely recommend this amazing place!!! "

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."

"My junior king suite with a balcony overlooking the city was false promotion. There were two small, narrow platforms that were more like gangplanks with a view of the building across the street. No room for having breakfast outside and even if there was it wouldn’t have been at all nice."

"Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it. "

"The hotel was okay, pretty dated and even the door handles came off when using. Today one actually dropped hard on my foot, but maybe it was just our room. The room was also very humid even though we tried to turn the temperature down, maybe it was due to the bathroom with no ventilation, luckily the windows opened. I think the best part about this hotel is the location as it is very close to the city center. You can walk to most popular landmarks. So it depends what’s important to you. "

"Breakfast choice was excellent with great buffet and choice of dishes cooked in the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Superb location within easy walking distance of many sites such as the cathedral, Hofburg palace and museums. Short walk to public transport network. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Be aware that if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch, there is a skylight directly above it that cannot be covered so bright light at the crack of dawn. Otherwise a very nice place about a 20 minute walk to most tourist areas."

"The Sachet is all about Vienna's tradition, luxury well understood, discretion and a staff at all levels of the experience that delivers a professional, friendly and even perfect service with grace and elegance. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level. "We had a nice stay, the room was nice and the staff friendly however were disappointed about the pool not being open. It would have been nice to know that before were checked in so that we might have had time to change to another hotel. Also, the breakfast line was long so we went to a nearby location."

"Die Unterkunft war ideal für unseren Städtetrip! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Auch Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, und ein Supermarkt liegt direkt nebenan. Die Busverbindung ist top: Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist die Haltestelle, von der man direkt vom Flughafen in die Innenstadt gelangt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und sehr schön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut...
