"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"

"We had never visited Ouray and were looking forward to it. We booked our room and when we arrived to check in, the staff pointed to a Kiosk right there in the lobby to check ourselves in. After doing so, we were told our room was 'across the street' on the back side of their second building . "The person at check-in was too busy looking at their phone to acknowledge us. We finally had to ask if we needed to call the number listed on the back of the computer for help. Then gave us a hard time about checking in early when it was already 3:00, not crowded, and rooms available. Also asked if there were places to sit outside and he said no when both floors have chairs outside to look at the sights. Also outside needs some attention with dead plants or overgrown plants.
