"We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is the best of both worlds—just a little bit off Main Street, so you’re close to everything but it’s quieter.
