"Hotel and its staff were great. Really really efficient and helpful and beautiful smell throughout hotel and super clean! Shame you have to pay to use the pool but also amazing massage staff. Close to train station and not far by taxi to all central tourist attractions! Would recommend! I would stay here again!"

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Sehr gute Anbindung durch nahe U-Bahn-Station und eine Buslinie direkt vor der Eingangstüre, die auf dem Weg bis Ginza noch sehr viele andere U-Bahn Linien kreuzt. Und ein 7 Eleven Convenience Store direkt neben dem Hotel. Und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet."

"The Hotel was in a great location with the train station next to it and another train station a block away. The rooms were very nice but there needed to have an iron and a microwave in the room. They were both downstairs in the laundry room with a washer dryer combo that the dryer wasn’t the greatest. It took 500 yen more just to somewhat dry the clothes."

"Clean room and property. Friendly staff. They held my luggage for a few days until I returned from my trip to Korea. Very convenient location to Tamachi train station and shops. Walkable distance to the Tokyo tower."

"High-class, but expensive stay in Shinagawa. It was super confusing getting to this hotel and the check-in process was a bit longer than expected. I'd rate it 5 stars if not for the confusing location and what can else can be offered in this price bracket."

"Helpful staff and spoke some English so that we could get around . Breakfast was excellent although they seem to stop serving at 8:30. Room was very clean and functional but the size is very small."
