"We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him. Thank you!"

"You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly. This was the only hotel available after our flight was canceled and what was supposed to be a 30 minute layover turned into 30 hour layover. Rooms weren’t very clean or in good repair. Shower is in the main room with a see through door so don’t be bashful lol."

The small thin plastic cups fell over if you put your toothbrush and toothpaste in. Surprised there wasn’t a separate restaurant in the hotel for evening meals.. A friend came to see me for coffee one morning but I was told they didn’t serve coffee until 12. First hotel I’ve never heard that before in a hotel. My husband loved the swimming pool. "Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience.
