"We are return customers to this hotel and there is a reason for that. Greg and Tena provide a pleasant place to vacation. The price is reasonable, the pools/spa are very nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have been coming to the Wisconsin Dells since 1975 and i still enjoy the old school feel of the mom and pop resort. Thank yoh again for a wonderful stay!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."

"Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the pool took the job a little too seriously and did not feel I could enjoy my time at the pool. My teens got yelled at for going in the shallow pool with their little brother and they didn’t yell at another guest with their child."

"The room had spiders hot tub didn’t work staff was rude no latch assembly in door to room pillows were horrible. Bed was rock hard . Walls were filthy and paint peeling off everything. Walls of pool were so filthy people were writing names in the scum"

"If you are looking for quaint and family friendly… this is your spot. We spent the 4th of July here, and felt general comradery with other guests and staff. Adults told older children to look out and help the littles and shared toys. Resort bonfires encouraged kids to get involved my daughters got to play tambourine and dance… guests cheered them on which made my 6 year olds night. This trip was refreshing for the soul. "The resort in general was great! The pool and lake property definitely kept me cool on the hot days I was up there. The only thing that I believe needs improvement, is that there were some marks on the shower curtain, old stains on the couch, and some scratches on the bathroom walls. Just minor things like that that can use some tending to."

Kids really enjoyed going down the waterside, even though they were small. Wish we would have known they dont provide breakfast. "The outside property was well kept, As was the hotel hallways, bathrooms & game area, but the room was not cleaned very well at all. We ended up cleaning the floor ourselves and scouring the sinks & tub, Big issue besides the uncleaned parts of the room was the fact that as hot as it was between July 13 & 16th, 2 ice machines were down on the 1st floor.in Hotel Rome.
