"Great stay, all great! Views are so beautiful and peaceful. Staff great, food delicious, all a 5 star! Stella the manager was above and beyond 😀"

"Nice service and very clean room."

"Clean room and friendly staffs. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 mins of walk."

"All the staffs are excellent and well knowledge about the property and often provide extra services. The cocktails at the roof top bar is excellent"

"Average Stay, Disappointing Service Check-in was slow and frustrating because my HKID showed my maiden name, while my prepaid Expedia booking was under my Canadian name. Despite providing my Canadian driver's licence, the verification process took so long that I was 45 minutes late for my school reunion. The housekeeping lady was exceptionally polite and pleasant. However, the reception and entrance staff rarely greeted guests or helped open the doors, making the hotel feel...

"I liked the common area with complimentary tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a small snack also provided along side the beverages. The pool was large but unfortunately closed from 1 pm to 2 pm daily. Monday afternoons have a more extended closure. My reason for booking The Nina was to use the pool so these timings were disappointing. Late opening at 10 am prevented me from maximizing my swim time. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced by the housekeeping...

"The hotel was fabulous 👌 thanks to our lovely receptionist Queenie we got an early check in and had about 5 hours more in this lovely hotel. We had a harbourview room and it was truly spectecular. The only improvement could be the breakfast, which was very disappointing."

"Room was pretty small and clean and had everything I needed. Staff was helpful. The best part is that it’s right across the street from a MTR station."

"Hotel is around 7 mins away from MTR, lots of staircases from MTR to the room, if you have heavy luggage please reconsider. The environment is with a smell of moist. The room can hardly be dried up as the humidity is too high, room is a little small for two persons. There is a routine noise from the air con compressor (or motor) all night which makes you feel quite annoying."

"ホテル設備自体が最新という訳ではないですが、清潔に保たれていて不便はなく快適に過ごせました。 特に朝食ビュッフェは種類も豊富で美味しく、とても良かったです。 クラブラウンジも開放感があり、また景色も良く、ゆっくりと過ごせて良かったです。"

"Very good"

"The rooms are lovely, and the staff is incredibly helpful—there is always someone available when you need them. A big shout out to the doorman and security for their help with taxis. Breakfast can get quite busy, so expect a queue. The location is great for the stadium, though it is a bit of a walk from the MTR stations. While the shuttle bus is a nice touch, it doesn't run frequently enough to be truly helpful. Additionally, the road layout around the hotel is a bit awkward, meaning taxis often...

"staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big but I didn't get what I ordered which was two twin beds. they did help and tried to accommodate. Pool was not available and was not advertised properly. Send out laundry was excellent. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I will go back again."
