"Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."

The one silly personal complain we had would be the quality of the coffee provided in the room. Do not expect it to be good. Instead, go down to reception and ask to use the espresso machine. And while you are sipping the espresso - or if you cannot sleep - checkout the amazing design books available to browse at the reception area. We skipped breakfast, totally forgot that...

Our first room had no hot water late at night, forcing us to pack and move to another tower just to shower. While we were moved the next day, the staff's attitude was dismissive.
