"The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well."

"I had such a great experience! The rooms was a good size, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the location was very convenient. It’s pretty much connected to the Roppongi Itchome station, konbini was just down the street, and shopping one block away!! It was definitely a more quiet area, intended for business/offices but the nightlife was only a 10 minute walk away! Loved it"

"Check-in at the property took an hour. Totally unacceptable! The woman checking us in decided that we needed to join a “group” for additional benefits but was unable to explain why all this information was required. Our group of 8, opted for twin rooms with two beds, which we got, but the space was so small you had to be careful where you were stepping. The entrance to the bathroom was 10 to 12 inches….definitely a safety hazard! Also, access to the bathtub (shower) was virtually impossible for...

"I’m Australian and travelling with my family. The hotel was ok for our needs. Rooms are small, from an Australian perspective. There’s nothing special about the hotel, but nothing terrible either. It was very clean, everything worked, and we got what we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent. If you don’t intend to spend much time in the room and want a good location, this hotel was fine"
