"Staff was wonderful especially Kunal our check in agent. He went way out of his way to help us with a big smile continuously. The two women in the breakfast area also were so pleasant and kept making sure dishes were full. Bacon, sausage, great tasting eggs, waffles fruits everything anyone would want. Not a bag breakfast, much more. Beds were very comfortable. Room very clean. FREE Parking out front of hotel, Easy to find from exit off I-81"

Because there might be another one, that's not so nice as this one. And things may not seem perfect here, but the beds are always clean and the towels are always clean, so ..the baseline is...
