"We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating."

"Our stay at Shell House was wonderful. The house was truly delightful, with creative/artistic features, quality appliances and a relaxed urbanity. Alex was a generous and communicative host, and we can't recommend highly enough.Husky is a gem and certainly gave good weather and awesome vibes while we were there. We'll be back!"

"Such a wonderful location with amazing views and the beach was practically on our doorstep. Owners were very efficient, friendly and helpful, and the house was spacious and well equipped, and beds very comfy. Loved having the doors open (downstairs and in the upstairs bedrooms) so we could listen to the waves lapping the shore."

"The property is in the backyard of another property. The "studio" is an converted garage. There is no off street parking which you are not told about until you arrive. Access to the property is by a side gate down the side of the main house.. no lighting for night time arrival or departure. There is a gate at the entrance of the shed which the people in the main house can watch you come and go... zero privacy...
Would not recommend."
