"The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right."

"We stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the room or made the bed. On the third day they offered clean towels and took out the trash. The lobby staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was from 7-10am but they closed at 9:30 on Memorial Day."
