I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right."

"After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "
