"Check in was the simplest I've ever encountered using any platform. The house was ready for us at arrival, well stocked with the necessities and comfortable. Even for a hot July weekend, the cabin stayed cool. Bathrooms were great, and having more than one shower was an added bonus for a group of 5. "Very peaceful and tranquil property. Minutes from whiteface mountain and you get to take in all the snowy views. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm the night we stayed and it was a winter wonderland. The amenities were great and Steve was very responsive. "

"This is a great place! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the screen room is perfect for coffee in the morning, the fishing (off the shore) is fantastic, the boats are plenty and the memories we make here are priceless! We are return campers year after year! Mary responds quickly to any messages. If you are looking for a rustic get-a-way in a very private setting this place is perfect! We are already planning for next summer. "

"Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! "A wonderful stay on the lake. The property is lovely and the host is very friendly and accommodating. We had a great vacation with so much to do nearby while also enjoying lazy mornings and lake days. This is a must stay location!! "

"Loved this place and it had everything you needed and was very clean. Large balcony with great views of the mountains. It was close to everything so you could walk. Close to the beach and downtown but in a quiet part of the village. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again."
