"My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. "Clean, family friendly, great staff (very kind and polite, professional and on task). We had a great time with our extended family (we booked 3 units). Even though the units looked a bit tired and could use upgrade/renovation, we still recommend this place. "

"Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
