"Cute, well maintained home and clean room. Enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff. Location was so convenient to downtown. Overall an excellent stay."

"Beautiful rooms and amenities. Wonderful staff. Great location. We will be back next year!"

"Such a perfect spot, welcoming, well kept, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend it will definitely go back."

"Excellent stay."

"Great stay. Only issue was just luke warm shower and weak spray. Shower experience gets a “D”, the rest of the stay is an “A”."

"It’s a very nice hotel Good location Great staff Amazing breakfast"

"Nice rooms. Nice showers. Great location"

"Trouble with getting hot water and the hot tub jets didn’t work. It was clean and we slept well."

"There was a surprise fee of 41.00 nobody told me about, they just charged it to my card and said I should have been told about it. This is very poor service, seems like they just charged my card because they could and said oh well, too bad. I won’t go back"

"Loved the location + kitchenette, super quiet room, friendly staff, lots of parking + nice gym. No tea offering in the morning was a bit of a bummer. Will absolutely stay here again, the next time I’m in FoCo!"

"We love this place however I hope the hot tub comes back...I have arthritis and love the quietness of this motel but this last time there was no hot tub."

"This is a nice clean and quiet hotel. I have stayed here before and it was great then as well. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. The room had a nice view of the mountains to the west. Having the full kitchen and fridge was nice, and the separate desk and dinner table were great so I didn’t have to pile everything on one surface. I liked the fireplace in the lobby and it might be a nice place to sit and read or surf YouTube and relax"
