This all brand-new professionally decorated condo is truly OVER THE MOON! It's situated directly on the beach in prestigious Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach and offers breathtaking beachfront views by day and night. It truly offers a Norman Rockwell masterpiece view from the moment you walk in! It's equipped with the most contemporary, exquisite furnishings from floor to ceiling and designed with your comfort in mind. During your visit, our wish is for you to build memories, relax and above all, encounter an “Over the Moon” experience.

The fantastic ocean views will sweep you away in this totally renovated 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit. Conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the favorited Amelia South complex, this breathtaking unit has been completely remodeled with the finest of elegant furnishings.

Immediately upon entering this gorgeous space, you will absolutely be blown away! Guests will appreciate the open layout, superb furnishings, and the stunning ocean vista. The primary living space and bedrooms comfortably invite you to kick back and relax, with high-speed internet and streaming services provided in each room. This condominium is located within a private complex which provides its own designated board-walk to access the beach and over-sized swimming pool. The beautiful fully-equipped kitchen features all-new everything! Easily prepare and serve your meals as you gaze outward to the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom offers the perfect coastal retreat with a luxurious king-size bed with Ritz-quality linens along with full views of the ocean from morning until night. Just imagine waking up when the sun rises and falling asleep listening to the waves with the moon and stars above you. It also has private access to an outdoor balcony to sneak a cup of coffee before other guests awake. The master bedroom features an on-suite private bathroom with a spa-like walk-in shower. The laundry room has a new high-efficiency washer and dryer unit conveniently located in the master bedroom space to keep garments and linens tidy and organized during your stay. The secondary bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed with Ritz-quality linens. You won't want to take your head off the pillows! It also features mirrored closet doors suitable for dressing. Hello, Fernandina Beach! As soon as you walk into the condo, you have the most amazing welcoming view!! The interior colors of cream and navy are so calming and very beautiful! The kitchen is roomy and appointed with every device and gadget you will need to feel right at home while cooking. The gorgeous living room has comfy furniture and a huge tv with every station you can imagine. The navy blue curtains were my fav! I need those! And then, there’s that view that draws you out onto the balcony where you can settle in a comfy rocker with a book and wile away the hours!The Master bedroom had the most comfy bed! We slept like a baby! I really liked how handy the placement of the washer and dryer closet was being right near the master closet. The only two negatives I saw in the Master were the curtains and no hangers in the closet. I feel the bedroom would be so much better for sleeping with the same light blocking navy curtains that were in the living room. The Master Bath was great and the shelving unit was perfect for our incidentals and my make up bag. We did not use the guest bedroom, but the guest bathroom was a great help when we were both getting ready for dinner. We used the beach chairs and tried to use the beach umbrella, but the pin to hold the two pieces together was missing, which made it unusable. Just rented chairs and umbrella. The beach was fantastic and never crowded!! Truly loved our stay and will definitely book again! Jennie and Norman

Great condo on the beach

Condo was clean and just as advertised. Beach access was very convenient. We loved opening the windows at night and listening to the sounds of the waves. Would highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised and definitely a 10!

Over The Moon with delight from the moment we stepped inside on the first day. The condo is in excellent condition, very nice furnishings, plenty of kitchen equipment and great communication from the property management team. The location oceanfront really is spectacular as was everything about this destination. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you for being exactly what we expected!!!

Great stay

What a nice condo! The unit was spotless, the furniture, including the mattress in the primary bedroom, was comfortable with fresh upholstery. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. The cushioned outdoor furniture was a welcome change from the plastic stuff found in many rentals. Check in/departure process was simple and the property management agency provided clear instructions for the unit as well as helpful information about the surrounding area. We loved Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our week on Amelia in this condo. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. Used the washer and dryer several times and now we want that kind :-) Beds were amazing. Appreciated the storage cubbies in the bathroom and large closets as well. Maintenance man had his hands full with the grounds that week… elevator was out of order, pool had an issue, key fobs to the pool were acting up. He was friendly and working hard to keep everything going. We will definitely be back at Over the Moon!

Stunning condo that included everything!

My mother and I stayed in this condo for a mother/daughter weekend getaway. The condo had everything that we needed, and more! The kitchen was well stocked, the televisions were new, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, and the views from the rockers on the patio couldn't be beat. You could tell the owners took time to think through the smallest details - from including instructions for how to use the remotes, to providing stain remover in the laundry room. My only minor complaint is that there were many more stairs for my older mom to navigate than I initially realized - several to get to the pool area and another set to get to the beach. But we took it slow, and had a wonderful time.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

This unit was exactly as advertised. Well decorated with fully equipped kitchen and a load of beach items for us to use. Nice TV with great instructions. The unit itself was perfect and a good location. The building had one elevator out of service during our stay which resulted in long waits for elevator. The pool area was just okay, but the beach was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay at Over The Moon

Condo was the most well-appointed condo I've ever stayed in. All furniture, fixtures, flooring, etc. were first class. It was well stocked with everything one would need. One thing I think the owners should address is the slippery tub in the guest bathroom. Our guest (a lady exceeding 70 years old slipped and cracked her rib on the toilet. Luckily she was Ok but still sore. My main complaint is with the property itself which is old and in disrepair. Needs painted, the pool bath is pathetic and there is no ramp to the beach, only steep steps which I saw many other guests struggle with. Then at check out both elevators were out of service for maintenance at the same time. Nonetheless we would stay at Over The Moon again. The island is great!

Home Away From Home

We truly appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to details within this unit. It was well appointed, clean and stocked with fresh towels, beach accessories, and kitchen basics. We found her comfortable, and it was next best thing to being at home. The proximity and access to the beach along with gorgeous sunrises enhanced our stay. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Extremely nice, clean and well stocked. Made us feel at home. Did not want for anything. The notebook was very helpful and precise. The balcony was larger than we expected and used by the 4 of us nightly.

Just what we were looking for

The condo was perfect for my family’s short trip to Amelia Island. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials. An Exceptional Experience

We recently spent 7 days at this property and could not come up with a negative to offer, if I tried. Both my wife and I loved the location, the bed/pillows, the view of the ocean from the master bedroom. It was all great. The kitchen had more equipment than my kitchen at home. Great place to spend your time on Amelia Island.

Everything Amazing

Place was clean, had everything we needed. Hose was AMAZING. They also had guides of what to do locally which we used and had a great time! Definitely recommend. The view is also unbeatable.
