Please note that exterior rebar and stucco work is currently underway at the complex, which may result in dust, debris, and noise outside the unit. The use of the balcony will also be impacted during this time. The estimated completion date for this work is mid-summer 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. You are cordially invited to stay in our tranquil oceanfront vacation getaway, Jacksonville Sunkissed Escape, a second-floor one-bedroom condominium, equipped with all the amenities that ensure a rejuvenating beachfront experience.

Our kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for your culinary convenience, makes preparing meals a delight. And with ample dining space for six at our dining room table, you can entertain all your guests with ease.

The living room, comfortably appointed for your leisure and enjoyment, invites you to relax and unwind. Feel free to recline after a busy day on the town, or enjoy the beachfront view from our sliding glass patio door. Of course, Sunkissed Escape offers cable television for your entertainment; and should you require it, Wi-Fi is also available, with a spacious desk provided for your technological needs.

Enter the bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Once you nestle into the coziness of our freshly laundered linens and comfy cushions, you will sleep like a dream. For your evening repose, there is a television situated in the bedroom, or turn on the bedside lamp for a bit of light reading. Refresh your mind and body with a shower or bath in Sunkissed Escape's fresh, clean bathroom. Located en-suite to the bedroom, it is convenient anytime day or night.

The patio transports you to another place. Enhanced by Sea Spray 2B's second-story location, the vast majestic seascape will take your breath away. Enjoy your morning coffee, evening nightcap, or any time of day sitting on our oceanside patio. Beautiful location

Excellent and beautiful location on the beach. We stayed here two nights before driving on to Port Canaveral for our 7 day cruise. The beach is incredible and we liked to convenience of walking for eating and shopping as well.

Great Location

Everything was as described, perfect location for beach time. The only issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was hard as heck to open and close, and we never could get it to close enough to lock it. Loved having heach towels, chairs, and umbrella for us to use!

Good spot but needs some love

The location and area were great. There was construction on the building directly outside the patio doors, this should have been disclosed in the description because this started at 8:30am and went until 5:30pm and it was extremely loud. There were also issues with the front door - it's falling apart, some had to come fix it so I could leave. The patio door also would not lock.I also had issues with the bathroom lights not turning on - I believe there's something wrong with the switch. And half of the plugs ins I tried did not work.In saying all of that, the apartment was very nice and clean which was great however I believe there are some basic maintenance items that need to be completed on the property.

Three weeks in Jax beach

Property was as expected by was locked out for a half day because the door was broken. Property management was not very responsive. Check out was 12 cleaning service showed up at 1130 and asked why we were there?

Great location/view

This place had a great location/view of the beach and was the perfect size for just me and my husband. However, there were some issues with construction going on right next door early in the morning until mid evening, the plugs in the bathroom didn't work so had to do hair elsewhere, and the property has no blow dryer. Other than that our stay and the location were great!

Clean and quiet

After reading some reviews, i was a little anxious about this place but found it appropriately clean. The kitchen has updated appliances including a Keurig coffee maker. The place could use some touch-up painting in the bathroom, the bed squeaked, and some rugs and soft furnishings (pillows, etc) are looking a little worn, but overall, we were comfortable. The beach was not crowded, and there were stores and restaurants within a few blocks' drive. I would recommend also that the owners provide some instructions about how to use the TV--there were three different remote controls and it took me some time to figure it out. A list of channels would also be helpful. Many places I have stayed provide these and other helpful tips in a little notebook for guests.

Happy to find a simple place to stay on the beach

We are low maintenance and we know there are always going to be minor things that come up. I was able to reach the management company so they will likely be taken care of. I did not get a chance to tell them that the toaster and frying pans need to be replaced, so hopefully this will be sent to them.

Great Location

I read a couple of negative reviews but tried this property anyway. The location is fabulous for the money but the home is not well updated and the sliding patio door to the beach front balcony need immediate repair. I will definitely stay there again but if your looking for a well decorated immaculately maintained place this probably isn’t for you.

Property should not be listed

The property I rented for three nights should not be listed, the bathroom was smelling foul due to swage well malfunction, I called and meet the manager Melinda in the office, but she didn't do anything meaningful, just empty words, I left the property one night sooner and they told me, they will compensate this, now more than two weeks, I have not received any call, I am going to place a dispute on my credit card for the rental charges.

Unfortunately when I arrived the place's AC had been broken. After driving, and travelling it definitely isnt something you want to hear a "unfortunately no one can help tonight, but you can move into another place." The ac guy did come out the next day, told us it was frozen...Nd that was that. Never had a-c. Also, NO internet service or wifi, so not good for business trip. But what was most dissatisfying... is the very high price for a cleaning fee. But yet when we arrived, i found thc (marijuana) oil where i went to plug my phone charger in at, right near the bed we slept in. Having to pay such fee and show up and find drugs in my room, did not prove that its thoroughly cleaned.

Disappointed

The condo is absolutely unacceptable to have on VRBO as a rental. The place was disgusting. There are stains on the couch and on the rug. The water smelled like death. The slider handle was broken and would not lock. The deck outside was so dirty you could see your foot prints in it when you walked. The furniture on the patio was rusted, we didn’t even dare sit in it afraid that it would break. We called maintenance to come and fix the slider they were not able to get anyone out that evening to fix it. Seing as I was just staying with my daughter we never even spent the night, I syd not feel it was safe. We packed up and left and went to a hotel. Still working with Vtrips to get a refund. (Which is proving to be difficult, apparently lockimg doors Is too much to expect). This condo was totally misrepresented. I can’t imagine it’s ever rented without multiple complaints

I love Jax Beach! It is my home, but, this rental....

I would not rent this place again! Yes, it is ocean front, but it stops there! Needs a huge re-model...dirty, dank, rusty...not kept up...it was expensive for what it is.

Long wait to check in, as no one seemed to know what to do. Proper condo keys given out, but no beach access gate keys available, although part of the agreement. No hair dryer. No screen on beachfront sliding glass door. No blender for drinks, but that's somewhat understandable. No parking passes, although called out in agreement. Watching TV limited, as over half of the channels required subscription. Floors ALL need a good cleaning--and not just sweeping. Good towels and other amenities.

Condo on water is missing the mark

While the condo was nicely decorated in the main areas, the bed mattress was sagging and not very comfortable. The A/C unit smells like smoke and mildew when it is on and fortunately we did not have to run it as the temperature was in mid to upper 70s in the day and we just left the windows open. The cloth furniture and linens also had a mildew/smoke smell. We washed the bed sheets before using the bed. Patio furniture is rusty. On the good side, the unit is situated right on the beach and has a beautiful view. You are literally only a 30 feet away from the sand. Until the A/C unit is replaced or thoroughly cleaned, I cannot recommend this unit.
