  • Ocean Place está situado en la hermosa isla de Amelia, que cuenta con algunas de las más bellas playas y campos de golf en la Florida. Ocean Place en la playa El verano es una de las más bellas propiedades de la isla y se encuentra en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Summer Beach Resort justo al lado de la famosa Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Hotel and Spa. En el Ritz, es posible disfrutar de buena comida, tratamientos de spa, tenis, golf y centros comerciales.

    Esta hermosa dos dormitorios, dos baños, condominio 5to piso está situado directamente en la playa y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares y amaneceres increíbles. Este condominio recientemente tuvo una renovación total. Nuestro condominio realmente se siente como un segundo hogar en lugar de "condominio de alquiler ', porque queremos que nuestro huésped se sienta como si estuvieran en casa. Dormir con las puertas abiertas y escuchar las olas rompiendo y ver la luna desde su cama. Entonces surgen de la mañana hasta el amanecer más hermoso sobre el Océano Atlántico. Usted puede sentarse en la terraza, y mientras que su café de la mañana, ver los delfines y gaviotas que tengan su desayuno por la mañana detrás de los barcos camaroneros.

    El centro de Fernandina, se encuentra el puerto más antiguo de la U. S., que tiene una rica herencia y ha sido objeto de ocho banderas diferentes. Mi familia le encanta pasear por la ciudad, especialmente por la noche entre los árboles iluminados y visitar las pintorescas tiendas y restaurantes maravillosos. Especialmente divertido, es un recorrido a caballo y paseo en buggy histórico de Fernandina. Además, hay motos de agua, para-velas, y las cartas de pesca interior / offshore disponibles para alquiler. Un corto trayecto en ferry te puede llevar a la hermosa isla de Cumberland, la única orilla del mar nacional en la Costa Este. Nos encanta saber que están invitados a cabo aquí haciendo recuerdos que durarán toda la vida.

This was our first time renting at Ocean Place. Views were absolutely beautiful, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back! Host called to make sure we arrived and that everything was okay.

Everything about this wonderful and comfortable condo was perfect for our visit to Amelia Island. Kitchen is well stocked and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. We hope to return to this luxurious condo some day!

Beautiful condo on the beach, very comfortable amend well stocked. Loved the pool, and we saw dolphins from our fifth floor balcony! Jan, the host, was a delight to work with.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. The owners did a wonderful job of stocking it. It had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms were supplied with thick beautiful towels. We had been doing some traveling on our way there and it was nice to be settled in such a beautiful place. It felt like home. The views were fantastic. We loved sitting on the balcony. The owner was great to work with, she did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. The entire area was a great place to visit. There is so much to do and see.

We had a wonderful time! The unit was spotless and well appointed. Can’t say enough about the view, I watched the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony every morning! Thanks Jan for making us feel at home.

Location was great, balcony and views were amazing! Condo was very clean and well cared for, with premium linens-soft, thick towels, high quality bedding, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, starters of everything were there. The parking was easy and plentiful. Grounds were nice and well kept. Pools and private beach walkways were nice to have. And the owners left us a personal note and bottle of wine!

What a wonderful haven in beautiful Amelia Island! The condo is lovely: spotless, well-equipped and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Access to the pristine beach is mere steps away. Pathway to the Ritz was an added bonus. Our host, Jan, was responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended. We had a great experience!

Wonderful

Great stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the amount of construction going on around the buildings and one pool was closed off.

Beautiful Barrier Island

Our condo on Amelia was very clean, very well supplied, and exactly what the owner told us it was. We had a very good time, and Amelia Island is very charming, with many great restaurants.

We’ve stayed at this unit a number of times and it’s always a treat. There really isn’t a better location and being on the 5 th floor provides great views of sunrise and the beach. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Another Beautiful stay at this condo. It is our favorite place! It has become our second home. The unit has everything you can need or want and the absolute best view. The owner, Jan, is amazing and always communicates with us when needed.

Absolutely Perfect & Gorgeous…

The condo was beautiful & everything & more than we could have dreamed of, with a spectacular view. Couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect for our vacation. We will be returning next year for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place should definitely stay here.

Perfect home away from home on Amelia Island

Loved our stay here! A lovely condo in a perfect location! Jan ensured our stay was perfect! What a treat to start every morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee as the sun rises. Can't wait to come back again!!

Can’t relax much better

Very comfortable accommodations for a family stay. VRBO host is wonderful. View is great. Location convenient to the beach, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Hard to ask for more.

One word.......Perfection!

This condo was everything we had hoped for in a vacation. We had the best time. The condo is updated and every detail has been attended to by the owner, Jan. She was so easy to work with and sent up a package with everything in the the area that one may be interested in. Honestly, best vacation we have had in a long time! We will be staying here again next year.

Amazing Getaway

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an amazing view, and great location. Such a relaxing getaway. Jan was so accommodating and made you feel so welcomed as if we were family. Amelia Island is beautiful and I know we’ll return someday. Thanks for the great anniversary memories!

Amazing Stay On Amelia Island

Absolutely fantastic property! The condo was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. When we initially walked in, it felt like home. The easy access to the beach and incredible sunrises from the balcony made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to coming back next year.
