"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "

The building and grounds are fabulous with lots of walking trals, unique history, and lots of showcasing of art. we loved the library!"

"**THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS!! I made my initial reservation with a debit card on Hotels.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn't run debit cards. I've never had an issue like this before. I reviewed the policy given when booking, and it states, "This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted." So here is your warning that although debit cards are not mentioned, they are listed as cash. Thankfully, I had a credit card to use, but if someone is traveling...

"Great value for the money. The stuff was super helpful! Very fast check in, and I had an emergency and couldn't get back to the hotel until late, and they were super kind and packed up my stuff for me. What it lacks in luxury it makes up for with love. Thanks Columbus!"

"The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
