"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"A very nice upscale hotel next to Lake Ashi. The hotel is new and conveniently located for public transportation. Easy to get to the cable car, bus stop, and the famous pirate ship ferry accross the lake. We stayed for two nights and it was enjoyable and enough. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is spread over two interconnected buildings and we stayed in the middle one. The first, small building is for the common areas and the next long building is the guest rooms. "Ajisai Onsen Ryokan presents beautifully. The grounds fit in with the surrounding forest landscape, creating a sense of serenity.
