"That hotel was horrible, but good breakfast. I stayed there Thursday through Sunday nobody give service, even though I spoke with housekeeper and I showed her what to do , came back late afternoon my trash was sky high , bed was not done and also my bathroom every time we took a shower water was coming out leaking outside the shower. And I also did not like the smell when I come into the room. I will never go there again."

"The property was not well maintained. The hallways smelled like urine.
When I entered my room, it appeared relatively clean at first. However, upon closer inspection, it was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in the corners, hair on the blankets, and even hair on the iron.
When I pulled back the blankets, I discovered that the comforter was soaking wet, as if it had been taken directly from the washing machine and placed on the bed before it...

"When I booked my room thru. Expedia I always look for hotels with breakfast included. The box by free breakfast was included so I booked it. When I went to breakfast I noticed a sign advertising breakfast for $16 or so, I approached the girl working the dining room and explained my situation and she was writing down room numbers of those who were eating. She said ok don’t worry about it. Now I see I was charged $33.90. I am very unhappy about this and hope it was a mistake."

"Tv was not working we waited for repair didn’t show up the front desk told us we can step out and it will be fixed came back 2 hours later still not working told us we can get a refund and leave at 1100 at night had no choice but to stay live too far to start driving at that time and to top it off the toilet also wasn’t working…been to this place numerous times for a little getaway with the husband but never again"

"The Plumsteadville Inn is cute historic inn in a beautiful part of PA, close to other adorable towns. The property itself boasts a restaurant and bar with music (at least on Friday night) and ice cream on property. Note that there is no elevator & so you will need to carry your luggage upstairs to your room. Because we were in a room with a gabled roof, the ceiling angled toward the head of the bed - potentially a problem for tall people who stand up out of bed quickly. All in all, a great...
