Style, class, and elegance all rolled into this beautiful vacation rental that has been featured on the Parade of Homes tour. The single-level floor plan is decorated with a luxurious feel. The outside patio is lovely with comfy patio sofas by the fire table. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the wonderful sunshine. Enjoy the gorgeous kitchen with marble and tile accents, stainless steel appliances, and sleek modern cabinets. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your use.

Each of the 2 casitas has a sink, microwave, small Sub-zero refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The larger casita has its own fireplace and a small dining counter. The bunk room has an ensuite bathroom and TV and a lovely window seat.

Encanto is a small community of just 30 homes, so the amenities at the clubhouse are never crowded. You will often have the beautiful pool and hot tub area all to yourself. The gym has everything you need for a complete workout. Pickleball and basketball as well. All available to guests. Encanto is served by a bike path that connects to many miles of loops in St. George and Ivins.

Perfect location

For the first time, with many rentals, the VRBO was better than I was anticipating. Host responded within minutes with my inquiries. I will definitely return to his beautiful house.

Beautiful, well appointed home at a great location

The house and amenities are well thought out and the floor plan was perfect for our two families with 4 kids (ages infant - 11). We had a conference next door at the Red Mountain Resort and enjoyed all that the area had to offer the rest of the trip. We enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse, which was close to this unit. There are great hiking trails right by the house, did some activities in St George, rented Razors in Sand Hollow and spent some time in Zion (about an hour away, beautiful drive). We will be back!

Wonderful place to gather with family for Thanksgiving

Everyone in our family from age 14 to 86 had a great time. The Encanto development is well located for all kinds of outdoor activities, and the fitness facilities are top-drawer. The home itself is beautifully designed and had everything we needed to prepare turkey dinner! We will book again to be sure.

Great House!

Absolutely beautiful house and very well appointed! Spacious and clean. Lovely open floor plan as to cook & entertain while all being together. Beautiful outdoor space. The fire pit was terrific. I would suggest the outside dining table needs an umbrella or an awning as to be able to enjoy the space during the daytime sun hours. The community is quiet and well maintained. The front gate area lacks any lighted signage. Entering the complex after dark requires one to watch carefully as it’s easy to miss in the dark. Really did enjoy our stay.

Perfect outdoor get a away

We loved this house! It is the perfect size and so clean and modern. Perfect area to ride bikes and hike in snow canyon and go see a show at tuachaun.

Lovely Home

The home was very nice, the kids loved the bunk beds. The layout was great, we loved the beautiful pool too. It would be nice it if had its own hot tub but the pool was just a short walk away. Our only issues was the outdoor fire pit was not working and we had a few dead bugs in our bathrooms and one in our bed. It’s not a huge deal, as they were dead, which means they were sprayed for. Just felt like the last cleaning wasn’t super thorough. Overall 4.5 stars for us, The home was lovely.

Family long weekend

Thank you for providing us with a great venue for our getaway! The home is beautiful and well stocked with the necessary kitchen, bath, patio, and pool supplies. The red rock views from the patio and community pool were fantastic. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return for future visits.
