"The hotel appears to have been renovated recently, and there was still some noticeable new construction material and paint smell during the stay. The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting...

"Excellent location, very close to both train and metro. Many restaurants and coffee places around. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the last floor so it was a challenge to bring the luggage up."

"Everything was perfect, except for: shower gel dispenser was empty (refilled immediately), there wasn’t enough complementary bottled water in the room, and the lights were a bit tricky to work (and needed the room key in the socket to run them. Room was nice and shower was very hot and consistent."

"Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas klein. Die Fenster waren so hoch, dass ein Stuhl zum Öffnen erforderlich war. Die ersten beiden Tage war neben den beiden Duschtüchern nur ein Standardhandtuch vorhanden. Dieses wurden aber auf Nachfrage ergänzt. Frühstück war o.k. Allerdings fehlte mir Orangensaft und etwas gekochter Schinken( gehört für mich zum Standard) Was sehr positiv war, ist die Cozytime im Hotel, jeden Tag ein Freigetränk! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! The pool is great, and we enjoyed time just relaxing during a city break where you end up walking around a lot, so need some down-time. Breakfast food was very good here too. You can easily...

"We like the interior design and ambiance of this hotel, very unique. The reception staff team was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The Opera House view from my room was super. I personally prefer a traditional bathroom setting instead of all the pieces were separated into 3 directions."

"New hotel, a pain for taxis and ride share to find. Construction noise all morning because of the surrounding property developments. Staff can care less about your well being or needs. Good and cafe are very pricey for the quality. They don’t have laundry service, but they have a laundry room that is always in use by others. They don’t clean your room at all and if you want them to clean the room it’s a 100DKK. I will never stay here again."

"This was an amazing experience staying in the pods, I loved it. They were immaculate. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the amenities went above and beyond my expectations. Transport was so close and easy to get to many places. A completed different experience to backpacking 20 years ago! I wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again. Also, don't be put off by the shared bathrooms, they were like spas!"

"The central location of the hotel was brilliant but the twin room was quite dated. It was on the small side and the twin beds were only 80cm wide. Water pressure in the shower was also quite low. The staff were professional and friendly."
