"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"The place was clean. The location is perfect to see the things that you want to see at Venice however it is very difficult to find the address. We rode to the city even using Maps and it was very hard to find it. It is in an alley, which is most of it about which felt a little shady, but that’s just cause we’re not used to Alley ways. We’re supposed to have a non smoking room groove, but the room smelled so bad of smoke it made me feel ill."

"Wow what a beautiful property- great location. Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright. "The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...

"Petite chambre typique italienne. Personnel très sympathiques. Déjeuner avec assez de choix. Aucun ascenseur donc vous devez monter votre valise vous-même. La douche etait propre mais la vitre qui la sépare du carrelage etait trop petite et le jet de la douche trop loin dans la douche donc impossible de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout en prenant sa douche."
